ASHE honors members for achievements
Recognition is the fuel that motivates people to achieve greatness. ASHE recognized several members for their achievements during the opening session of its recent Annual Conference & Technical Exhibition in Seattle. They include the following:
Crystal Eagle. ASHE's highest award was presented to Thomas L. Stewart, SASHE, CHFM, CHC of Southern Illinois Healthcare in Carbondale, Ill.
Emerging Regional Leaders. The Emerging Regional Leadership award was presented to one individual from each of ASHE's 10 regions, including: Edmund Lydon, CHFM, Northeast Health Systems, Beverly, Mass., Region 1; Kenneth Neil Wagner, CHFM, Heritage Valley Health System, Sewickley, Pa., Region 2; Jeri L. Excellence in Healthcare Facility Management. This award recognizes an individual or facility management department that has implemented new or innovative programs or processes and was presented to Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in Houston.
