The 2025 editions for four standards are set to be published soon, but the appeal window for each is still open
|

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) manages more than 300 codes and works with more than 250 technical committees in its codes and standards development process. Below is a list of NFPA committee happenings for the week of Nov. 4-8.

2025 editions move forward

The 2025 editions of the following standards did not receive any notices of intent to make a motion (NITMAMs) regarding previously submitted public comments. Standards that do not receive motions will not be presented at the next NFPA Technical Meeting and instead will be forwarded directly to the NFPA Standards Council for action on issuance. Anyone wishing to appeal may do so by Nov. 16.
