DESIGN // Legrand North America LLC has released its LEED with Legrand Product Guide. The 16-page guide provides architects, specifying engineers, designers and building owners with an overview of Legrand products that contribute toward LEED certification, such as power, light, data and audiovisual infrastructure. The guide also includes links and resources to help keep projects on track with LEED certification. Legrand is a partner in the Department of Energy's Better Buildings, Better Plants program and an Ally member of the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy.  

SAFETY // The International Parking Institute, the world's largest association of the parking industry, has produced Suicide in Parking Facilities: Prevention, Response, and Recovery. The 12-page publication offers information, resources and expert advice. It covers a wide range of topics from installing physical barriers and signage that offer crisis line information to on-the-scene intervention and post-traumatic care for employees and witnesses. It also addresses how to effectively manage media attention. The resource was developed in partnership with leading suicide experts. 

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES // Health Forum's webinar Battling Bed Bugs: The Latest on Bed Bug Monitoring, Detection and Treatment will help viewers understand the challenges bed bugs pose to both the general public and, specifically, within the health care environment. The webinar also gives need-to-know facts about bed bug biology and an overview of current and future monitoring and detection techniques, as well as treatment options. Ron Harrison, entomologist and technical services director at Orkin, is the main speaker.
