Research-driven editorial
Health Facilities Management once again is proud to bring you our salary survey of health facility operations and construction professionals, conducted in partnership with the American Society for Healthcare Engineering and the Association for the Healthcare Environment.
Sponsored by Amerinet, this year's study provides an overview of compensation trends in many of our top reader groups, including facilities management and engineering, environmental services and housekeeping, construction and project management, biomedical and clinical engineering, safety and more. It also compares this new research with results from our last salary survey, which was published in 2009 and has remained one of our most requested and referenced articles ever since.
Indeed, while we go to great lengths to recruit industry thought leaders to provide information on a wide variety of health facilities topics ranging from infection prevention to engineering codes to sustainability and beyond, we also know the importance of developing our own data sets through our benchmark studies on compensation, construction, security and other important topics.
By leveraging our relationships with professional organizations and vendors, we're able to collect, analyze and publish a great amount of material that helps us fulfill our role as a vital resource to our readers and the industry in general, rather than simply reprocessing third-party information that has already appeared in the public domain.
So, check out our 2012 Salary Survey. And be sure to thank our partners and sponsor for their help and guidance in putting this all together. Without their assistance, none of this research would be possible.
